I had an overall decent stay at The Westin Seattle. The location was fantastic, situated a short walk from Pike Place Market and other attractions (very convenient for sightseeing!). However, there were issues with housekeeping and some elevator problems that detracted from my experience. While the rooms were comfortable, I expected a bit more from this hotel given its reputation.
Rooms
6.0
My room had a partial view of the city, which was nice, and it was clean upon initial check-in. However, I noticed that the housekeeping service was lacking during the following days, with minimal cleaning done, which was disappointing for a Westin standard.
Service
6.0
The service at check-in was initially problematic due to a booking transfer issue, but the staff eventually resolved it. Some staff members were friendly, but overall the reception wasn't as helpful as I had hoped, especially concerning my housekeeping issues.
Location
8.0
The central location of the hotel was a significant plus, with easy access to most major attractions, including the monorail to the Space Needle. Being just a few blocks from shopping and dining made it very convenient.
Dining
6.0
I enjoyed the breakfast offered on-site, but I thought the cost was a bit high given what was provided. The overall dining options were decent, but room service ended early, which was a bit unusual for a hotel of this caliber.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel's facilities were fine, though the pool was closed for maintenance during my stay, which was a letdown. The elevators were also a problem, only one seemed to be consistently working during peak times, leading to long waits.

I had a mixed experience at The Westin Seattle. On one hand, the location was fantastic, with everything I wanted to see within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially during check-in. However, the room cleanliness left something to be desired and I was also frustrated by unexpected charges for a higher floor. It was good, but I expected a bit more considering the price. 😕
Rooms
6.0
The room was spacious and clean, although I did find some dust in the closet. The extra charge for having a higher floor felt unnecessary, especially since the hotel wasn't fully booked.
Service
6.0
The staff were mostly attentive, helping to resolve my check-in issues quickly. However, there was a lapse in communication regarding the cleanliness of the sheets in my room, which impacted my experience.

My stay at The Westin Seattle was a bit of a mixed bag. The staff was super friendly and helpful, which made my experience enjoyable. However, the room was showing its age and cleanliness issues detracted from my overall comfort.
Rooms

I got an upgrade to a room with a full water view, which was nice, but sadly, it had cleanliness issues, including leftover food in the fridge and a low-pressure shower. The furnishings felt dated, and there were signs of wear and tear.
Service

The staff were really friendly and responsive, which definitely stood out. However, the check-in process could’ve been smoother considering the room issues I faced.
Location

The hotel's location was definitely a highlight for me; it was easy to walk around and access local attractions like Pike Place Market, which was great for sightseeing.
Dining

I had high hopes for the dining options, but the food at the bar and on-site restaurant was below average for the prices charged. I felt like I could find better meals elsewhere.

My overall experience at The Westin Seattle had its highs and lows. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the city. I found the staff to be friendly and attentive, though there were some housekeeping hiccups and issues with the room. However, I did enjoy the comfiest bed and pillows, which really enhanced my stay.
Rooms
6.0
The room was equipped nicely, but I noticed some maintenance issues like torn curtains and cleanliness concerns. Also, the interconnecting doors allowed too much noise from adjacent rooms.
Service
8.0
The staff was generally very responsive and friendly. However, I had to request housekeeping in advance, which was a bit inconvenient, especially for fresh towels.
Location
9.0
The central location made accessing Seattle's attractions super easy. I loved the short walks to places like the Pier and the Space Needle.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast at the lounge exceeded my expectations. However, I felt that the options available, particularly the focus on burgers, were somewhat limited for an upscale hotel.
Facilities

The amenities were solid, but I experienced some issues like a malfunctioning elevator and lacked room service after hours. The fitness center was a nice perk.

I had a mixed experience at The Westin Seattle. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore nearby attractions like Pike Place Market and local restaurants. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of my room on subsequent days and the high fees for the fridge, which wasn't even stocked properly. The overall service was inconsistent, which affected my stay. 💔🏨
Rooms

The room was initially clean but became dusty over my stay. I was charged additional fees for the fridge, which wasn’t up to par with Westin standards.

While the staff was occasionally friendly, I found responses to my concerns disappointing. The help I received felt minimal and unhelpful when it came to cleaning issues.
Location

The hotel is perfectly situated close to great dining options and major attractions, which made it easy for me to navigate the city during my visit.

Dining at Relish was enjoyable, with burgers and breakfast options being delicious. However, I found the dining prices to be quite high for what was offered.
Facilities

The facilities were decent, but the elevator service was slow at times, which added to the frustrations of staying there, especially during busy periods.
